You are a native Spanish speaker with a B2 level of English.

Strong technical skills and confidence using mobile apps, connectivity features, and online platforms.

Passion for the automotive sector and interest in learning about the latest vehicle technologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.

Ability to multitask, manage complex customer issues, and handle advanced software tools.

Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.

A driver’s license is a plus, as is familiarity with geographical locations and mobile connectivity (hotspots, app linking, etc.).
🎯 Your Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for Mercedes-Benz customers via phone, email, or chat.

Provide support for:

Roadside assistance (24/7 emergency help)

Mercedes Me App & digital service troubleshooting

Vehicle service bookings and dealership appointments

Warranty and documentation inquiries

Deliver empathetic and efficient assistance—turn every interaction into a premium experience.

Participate in continuous learning through uptraining (10 days) and nesting periods (5 days/skill).
