Become a customer service representative for a streaming service
In this role, you will support customers in setting up their accounts and resolve login issues. You will improve the viewing experience by quickly tackling issues with streaming, buffering and devices. In addition, you’ll help customers manage their subscriptions, payment options and billing. You also play a key role in gathering feedback and helping to improve service. With extensive training at the beginning, you will know all about this and be well prepared to start this fun job!
