🎯 A taste of what you’ll do

Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour

Contact at-risk players by phone or email

Support players with checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking

Monitor escalated registrations and self-exclusions
-
Assess risks, issue refunds where needed

Track and review case reports daily, weekly, and monthly
-
Escalate complex cases to senior management
-
Recommend improvements to our Safer Gambling processes

Work with management to promote Responsible Gaming
As a Safer Gambling Analyst, you will safeguard both our players and our business while ensuring responsible play and continuous improvement of our operations.
