This new role is part of the Verbier Resort Management, based in our Le Chable office, managing resort operations and administration across all chalets, and full resort team.
Our Operations Administrator is an important role, ensuring that resort operations run smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the chalet teams to deliver the highest standards, exceeding guest expectations.
A successful candidate needs to be a positive, detail orientated, incredibly organised, person, who enjoys solving problems. The role suits someone who can effectively prioritise, work accurately and efficiently, managing multiple tasks at once, with a can-do attitude!
Resort Operations Administrator Overview
- Leading by example; communicating effectively with the resort team, helping to inspire the team’s performance, and taking care of the people in our charge.
- Revolut; managing & loading weekly budget amounts, ensuring all receipts have been uploaded.
- Ordering / managing stock control & budgets; linen, toiletries, wood, wine etc.
- Chalet inventories, reviewing pre, middle and end of season, purchasing replacements items, and ensuring delivery of items into correct chalets.
- Maintenance, ensuring Armadillo app is being utilised correctly by chalets, and resolving all maintenance tickets ASAP.
- Lift Pass making, invoice reconciliation and deliver to chalet.
- Cashbook management & reconciliation
- Tax de Sejour, uploading guest arrival details onto commune tax website.
- Accurately reporting cash spend, chalet spend, and resort spend with suppliers. Reporting weekly on task completed, and outstanding. Highlighting problem areas that need more resources. to solve.
- Quality control chalets & vehicles; cleanliness & maintenance
Skill Set Required
- Previous luxury chalet experience, 2 years preferable
- Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and ability to interact with employees at all levels, including upper management.
- Fluent French & English written and spoken language.
- Excellent IT skills, especially excel.
