At Wens Hotels, we serve memorable meals that fuel unforgettable experiences — for both
our business groups and holiday guests. Located in the breathtaking mountains of Austria, our
hotels welcome international guests with great food, genuine hospitality, and a hands-on
team spirit.
We’re looking for an experienced Chef who can confidently lead our kitchen team and
create tasty, well-presented dishes for up to 110 guests per evening.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the kitchen operations from planning to plating
- Preparing high-quality meals for groups and à la carte guests
- Managing kitchen staff, planning schedules, and ensuring smooth service
- Taking responsibility for stock control, ordering, and hygiene standards
- Working closely with hotel management to design and improve menus

guests? You’re up for it.
A Natural Planner – You know how to organize your team and kitchen efficiently, even on the
busiest days.
Team Leader – You inspire your colleagues and keep the atmosphere in the kitchen positive
and productive.
Quality-Driven – You take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and taste.
Experienced – You’ve worked as a chef or sous-chef in hotels or restaurants, preferably with
experience in group catering.
