Housekeeping Managers/Chalet and Resort Support
Essential: Full, Clean Driver´s License for at least 5 years.
Between 30-35 hours a week.
As a housekeeping manager and support to the resort managers in catered chalets, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of self-catered properties and supervising the housekeeping team at the weekend; carrying out cleaning and maintenance, as well as meeting and greeting clients. During the week you will be responsible for supporting the chalet hosts and covering days off; driving guests to and from the slopes as well as breakfast cover and cleaning to ensure all of our self-catered guests have a great stay and want to return year after year!
Key Responsibilities
Property Management of a small portfolio of apartments
Supervising and Assisting small team for deep changeover cleaning on a weekend
Apartment Set up and Presentation for Guests
Accountability for apartment sign off to the Resort Managers.
Meeting and Greeting of Guests
Providing information to guests to ensure a fantastic and trouble-free holiday
Ensure guests are aware of events and activities available in Morzine during their stay
Delivery of Lift Passes and Meal Delivery Services.
Respond to any guest requests, deliveries etc.
Chalet support to include Tuesdays and Fridays to include driving and breakfast service.
Driving: To and from the properties and slopes for our self-catered guests and pick ups for our catered guests.
Serving, Hosting & Clear up of pre-cooked meal deliveries in our self-catered properties.
Cleaning and Maintenance of hot tubs
Troubleshoot maintenance and emergency issues
Ensure properties are secure at all times.
Organisation and stock control of store areas
Collect any money due to More Mountain from guests
Snow clearing when needed to ensure the safety and comfort of guests
Being Flexible and Adaptable to guest and management needs at all times
Being enthusiastic at all times and dedicating yourself to excellent customer service
Experience:
Ideally, you will have worked in a holiday environment, campsite environment, managed an AirBNB residence or looked after self-catered apartments. Hospitality or Customer facing experience would be beneficial.
You must be great at organising your time, have good attention to detail, and have a positive approach to creating high standards of cleanliness and property setup. You will be cleaning and maintaining your properties to an extremely high standard weekly.
We also need you to be confident at chatting to people and making conversation as you will be meeting guests and providing them with assistance throughout their stay.
You may be on a career break or looking to take a sabbatical and have at least 2 years of work experience in a commercial role where you have had to deal with people on a face-to-face basis regularly.
It is essential that you have a valid driving licence as you may need to drive an 8 seater minibus or small van around the resort.
Ski or snowboarding experience and a passion for the mountains are essential for winter positions. This role gives you the opportunity to spend a lot more time on the mountain than a traditional chalet host role so you need to love skiing and snowboarding!

Job Requirements:
Older than 23 years old for vehicles insurance purposes
Exceptional customer care and attention to detail
2 years of previous work experience in a customer-focused commercial role including man management.
Clean Driver´s License for at least 5 years
English & French Speaking

Approx 35 Hours per week €300 Euros (2 days off)
