Your Profile

• – Native-level German speaker with excellent communication skills
• – Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• – EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• – Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• – Comfortable using digital platforms and tools
• – Willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation support is included)
• – Flexible for shift work, including weekends and night shifts on a rotation basis

Your Responsibilities

• – Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German
• – Help users with account access issues and password resets
• – Support with transaction queries and use of online banking tools
• – Handle reports of lost or stolen cards
• – Collaborate with internal departments in English for complex case resolution
