What does your day-to-day work look like?
The role of Sales Advisor:
You will start your day by interpreting the customer’s brief and requesting quotes from suppliers. During the day you will negotiate terms such as quality, price, quantity, payment, delivery time and packaging. Placing and expediting orders is an important part of your routine, ensuring that all deliveries are timely and accurate. You will follow up on these orders and provide essential administrative support in the purchasing software system. Managing invoicing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers will also be part of your daily duties.
Interaction with customers:
Your day will include a lot of customer communication and you will aim to resolve any issues on the first call. You will offer guidance and look for appropriate solutions in case of problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs will be essential.

What do you need to get here?
Language requirements:
- German as mother tongue with excellent communication skills in English.
- Secondary education, MBO4 or HBO.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and project management software.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT and other software systems.
- High level of responsibility and self-acceptance.
- Integrity, dependability, strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills and stress management skills.
