Consultday is looking for ambitious Dutch-speaking talents for an exclusive 12-month traineeship based in Granada, Spain. Valued at €10,000, this program combines in-depth training, real client projects, and expert mentorship to prepare you for a future-proof career in Payroll and HR Tech.
You’ll receive full certification training in Dutch payroll systems (BKL, PDL), gain hands-on experience with platforms like SAP and AFAS, and learn how to advise clients across various industries. This is not a simple data-entry job — it’s a stepping stone to becoming a Payroll Consultant or HR Technology Expert in a growing sector.
The program starts in October 2025 and is designed to accelerate your growth from day one. You’ll benefit from a supportive, international team, a flexible work structure, and meaningful responsibilities from the beginning.
What is your daily life like?

Join structured training programs on Dutch labor law, payroll processing, and digital HR tools.

What do you need?

MBO+ / HBO educational level.

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).

Strong interest in payroll, HR, data, and tech.

A service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.

Basic experience (1–3 years) in admin, customer service, hospitality or similar is a plus.

Ability to quickly grasp new systems and work independently.

Willingness to relocate to Granada or already based there.
