About the Company

• You will work through TP Portugal, based in the TP Douro building in Vila Nova de Gaia, near Porto.

‍♂️ Your Profile

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
• You feel comfortable working in a digital environment (phone, email, chat).
• You are customer-oriented, organized, and service-driven.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You are available for full-time work (40 hours per week) on a rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday (07:00–23:00).

️ Your Responsibilities

• Support customers via digital channels with inquiries related to toll payments, billing, or services.
• Provide clear and accurate information about Ascendi’s products and services.
• Handle requests from external entities (such as police or judicial authorities) in a professional manner.
• Register customer interactions in the system to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Perform billing, collection, and reconciliation activities when required.

• Gross monthly salary up to €1,309, including:
• Base salary: €990
• Meal allowance: €154 (paid via meal card)
